1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

  • Account information (email, name) via Google Sign-In
  • Conversation history with Artemis
  • Reminders and tasks you create
  • Connected account data and tokens for services you choose to link, such as Google or Uber
  • Location, routing, and trip-related details when you ask Artemis to help with travel or ride requests
  • Payment information (processed securely by Dodo Payments)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Artemis service
  • To personalize your AI assistant experience
  • To send reminders and notifications you've requested
  • To complete connected-service actions you explicitly ask Artemis to perform, such as sending email, preparing rides, or booking a ride after confirmation
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To communicate important service updates

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • OpenAI/Google: AI processing and selected integrations
  • Dodo Payments: Payment processing
  • Twilio: Voice and WhatsApp services
  • Uber: Ride preparation, booking, and ride-status integrations when you connect your Uber account

5. Google API Services Disclosure

Artemis uses Google API Services to provide integrations with your Google account. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google Data We Access

  • Gmail: Read your emails to help you search, summarize, and draft responses. Send emails on your behalf when you request it.
  • Google Sheets: Read and write to your spreadsheets to help with data analysis, updates, and organization.
  • Google Calendar: View and create calendar events to help you schedule meetings and manage your time.
  • Google Drive: Access your files to help you find, organize, and work with documents.
  • Google Docs: View and edit your documents to help with writing and editing tasks.

How We Use Google Data

  • Only to provide the features you explicitly request within Artemis
  • Data is processed on Artemis infrastructure and by connected third-party providers only as needed to provide the features you explicitly request
  • We do not store your Google data on our servers longer than necessary to complete your request
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising or sell it to third parties
  • We do not use your Google data to train AI models

Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Google account at any time through the Artemis settings panel. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

6. Uber API Services Disclosure

Artemis may use Uber API Services when you choose to connect your Uber account. We use Uber data only to provide ride-related features you explicitly request, such as preparing ride options, requesting a ride after your confirmation, checking ride status, or cancelling a ride on your behalf.

What Uber Data We Access

  • Connected account information: Basic account and token data needed to keep your Uber connection active.
  • Ride inputs: Pickup location, destination, routing context, and any trip notes you provide.
  • Ride options and estimates: Available ride types, estimated pickup times, and estimated fares for trips you ask Artemis to prepare.
  • Ride request and status data: Ride IDs, request state, driver or vehicle status, and cancellation-related details when you ask Artemis to manage a ride.

How We Use Uber Data

  • To show you ride options and trip details you explicitly request.
  • To request an Uber ride only after you clearly confirm that Artemis should book it.
  • To help you check ride status or cancel a ride when you ask.
  • To improve the reliability and safety of ride-related assistance inside Artemis.
  • We do not sell Uber-related personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Important Booking Confirmation Rule

Artemis does not place Uber ride requests without your explicit confirmation. Preparing ride options is separate from booking a ride.

Retention and Access

  • We may temporarily store ride-related session data needed to complete or manage the trip you requested.
  • We retain connected-account tokens and related metadata only as long as needed to support the integration or until you disconnect Uber.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Uber account from Artemis at any time through the Artemis integrations or settings experience. Once disconnected, Artemis will no longer be able to request or manage Uber rides for your account unless you reconnect it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your conversation history
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Revoke Google or Uber access at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
